用途與特點 The use and characteristics

1、大型噴塗室由鋼憨結構制成，噴房(fáng)設有移門，方便人(rén)員(yuán)進出維修與維護操作(zuò)。

◇   Large spraying chamber is made from steel swing structure, spray room is equipped with movable door. It is convenient for repair and maintenance operations.

2、排風(fēng)系統由水簾系統和排風(fēng)管路(lù)組成。

◇   Exhaust system is composed of water system and the exhaust duct road.

3、可調節控制進風(fēng)風(fēng)量以調節噴房(fáng)内壓力。

◇   Adjustable air volume control ventilation to adjust the spray pressure inside the room. 

4、人(rén)性化(huà)的圖形界面方便各種工作(zuò)參數和設備參數的輸入。

◇   Humanized graphical interface facilitates the input of various working parameters and device parameters. 

5、通過産品報(bào)告、診斷、故障清除程序實現(xiàn)設備的簡易化(huà)管理(lǐ)，停機後自動檢測。

◇   Product report, diagnosis and fault clearance procedures can realize easy management of equipment, and automatically detect after downtime. 

6、根據工況需要可進行不同參數設置并可儲存多達100個(gè)程序。

◇   It can be carried out according to the requirement of working condition of different parameter settings and can store up to 100 program.

7、每把噴槍可單獨實現(xiàn)開啓和關(guān)閉控制。

◇   Each spray gun can realize opening and closing control independently. 

8、電視(shì)櫃上(shàng)的電器(qì)控制包括設備上(shàng)所有電子(zǐ)元器(qì)件和4米的機身(shēn)連接電纜。

◇  The electrical control on the TV cabinet includes all electronic components on the equipment and the 4-meter fuselage connection cable.
